Jenny Chan
Director

Jenny Chan is the warm, guiding presence for two thriving children of her own and now extends that care to her role as Director and Designated Safeguarding Lead at Regent Guardians. Having made the Midlands her home, she is deeply attuned to the nuances of nurturing children in an international setting.

Her own educational journey through two cultures, with personal ties to both the UK and the US, has honed her ability to connect with and support students navigating life far from home. Fluent in English and Cantonese, she is a bridge between worlds for many.

Jenny’s natural warmth and seasoned guardianship for family friends’ children have seamlessly transitioned into her professional life. At Regent Guardians, she pours her heart into creating a supportive and empathetic environment, ensuring every student feels understood, valued, and empowered to succeed.
